Who can register as an Exhibitor?
Companies in renewable energy, infrastructure, technology, or related fields can apply to exhibit. You must submit an application by June 2027 (Early Bird) or September 2027 (Standard).
What is included in the Exhibitor package?
Exhibitors receive setup assistance, access to a dedicated coordinator, and promotional support via our website and social media. Logistics details will be shared after registration confirmation.
How do I apply to become an Exhibitor?
Complete the online application at bipec.iq/exhibitor-registration, including company details and booth preferences. Approved applicants will receive confirmation within 10 business days.
What are the costs for exhibiting?
Booth costs vary by size and location, with Early Bird discounts available until June 2027. Contact info@bipec.iq for a detailed pricing guide or to discuss sponsorship options.
Can I customize my booth setup?
Yes, exhibitors can customize booths within our guidelines. Submit your design plans by August 2027 for approval. We also offer pre-designed booth packages for convenience.
