What does the Delegate Pass include?
The Delegate Pass grants full access to all keynote sessions, workshops, the exhibition hall, networking receptions, and exclusive investor roundtables. Early Bird registrants receive a complimentary event app subscription.
When is the Delegate Pass registration deadline?
Early Bird registration closes July 2027, Standard registration closes October 2027, and onsite registration is available in November 2027. Register early to save up to 20%.
Are there group discounts for Delegate Passes?
Yes, groups of 5 or more from the same organization can receive a 15% discount on Delegate Passes. Contact info@bipec.iq with group details to apply.
Can I upgrade my Delegate Pass to include additional events?
Yes, you can upgrade to include VIP events or private dinners during registration or by contacting info@bipec.iq before October 15, 2027, subject to availability.
What travel support is available for Delegates?
