How do I register for BIPEC EXPO 2027?
You can register online through our registration portal. Select your pass type (e.g., Visitor, Delegate, Student), provide your details, and complete payment via credit/debit card or bank transfer. Early Bird rates are available until July 31, 2027, and standard registration closes October 31, 2027.
Can I register on-site at the event?
We offer several pass types:
– Visitor Pass: Access to the exhibition area only.
– Full Delegate Week Pass: Access to all sessions, exhibitions, and networking events.
– Student Pass: Discounted access for verified students to select sessions and exhibitions.

Do I need a visa to attend BIPEC EXPO 2027 in Baghdad?
Many international visitors require a visa to enter Iraq. After registering, you can request a visa support letter through the registration portal. Can I register on-site at the event?
Yes, on-site registration is available at the event venue in Baghdad from November 15, 2027, subject to capacity. However, we encourage pre-registering online to secure your spot, save time, and benefit from Early Bird discounts until July 31, 2027.
How do I collect my badge after registering?
After registering online, collect your badge at the registration desk at the event venue starting November 15, 2027, from 08:00 AM. Bring your confirmation email and a valid photo ID. If you register on-site, badges are issued immediately after payment.
What if I need to modify my registration details?
You can update your registration details (e.g., contact info, pass type) by logging into the registration portal.
